1. Bloomington, IL 61701 - G-tube - FT NOCS - 9pm-7am / Mon, Wed, Thu, Fri - LPN : $33 / hr, RN : $38 / hr

2. Grand Ridge, IL 61325 - G-tube, Trach, Vent - Overnights - 2 nights 9pm-6am - LPN : $35-$40, RN : $40-$45

3. Mahomet, IL 61844 - G-tube, Trach, Vent - Day shift (school) - They prefer a day shift nurse to go to the school with the patient; moving to Mahomet around October - LPN : $30 / hr, RN : $35 / hr

4. Pontiac, IL 61764 - G-tube, Trach, Vent - FT NOCS - Flexible shift times - LPN : $33 / hr, RN : $38 / hr

5. Toulon, IL 61483 - G-tube - 2nd shift 5 : 30pm-10 : 30pm - After the patient gets home from school or 3rd shift, open to times / days - Mon-Fri preference; Tue / Thurs and weekends available - LPN : $30 / hr, RN : $35 / hr
