Imubit is seeking a top-notch Staff Accountant to support a growing global team that is disrupting the refining and chemical industries with breakthrough machine learning technologies.

This is a hybrid role located in Houston, Texas, requiring a minimum of 2-3 days in the office.

We Are Looking For

You, a Staff Accountant that will play a key role in supporting day-to-day accounting and finance operations, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting, and assisting with administrative tasks across departments. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with 2-4 years of experience to gain broad exposure to accounting functions within a technology company.

In This Position, You Will

Accounting Operations

• Support Accounts Payable (A / P) - processing invoices, expense reports, and vendor payments
• Assist with Accounts Receivable (A / R) - billing, collections, and posting customer payments
• Perform daily accounting activities, including data entry and journal entries
• Prepare bank reconciliations and other balance sheet reconciliations
• Assist with month-end close processes, ensuring timely completion of deliverables
