Job Description

Produces machined parts by setting up and operating a computer numerical control (CNC) machine; maintaining quality and safety standards; keeping records; maintaining equipment and supplies.

Qualifications

Responsibilities :

• Setup and operation of Fanuc & HAAS CNC milling centers using Master CAM software.
• Utilize blueprints, sketches, drawings, specifications, or sample parts to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished work piece, sequence of operations, and setup requirements.
• Work to close tolerances using required gauges and inspection knowledge.
• Document information pertaining to setup and operation of each job utilizing written descriptions, sketches and / or photos.
• Train junior operators / apprentices.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Technical Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :

Travel % : 0-10%
