We’re a San Diego–based real estate investment firm buying vacant land to develop manufactured homes. We need someone who lives for the grind : nonstop outbound calls, chasing down property owners, and turning cold leads into signed option agreements.
If you don’t love rejection, stop reading.
What You’ll Do
- Call, mail, and text prospective property owners all day
- Run quick feasibility checks (access, slope, utilities, zoning) to screen parcels
- Negotiate with landowners and lock up option agreements
- Hand off signed deals to ownership for closing and development
- Hit—and beat—daily / weekly activity quotas (calls, contacts, signed options)
- Log every call and keep your pipeline tight
- Additional assignments as directed by company ownership
