Human Resources Generalist

The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for a variety of projects and functions within the HR department. Due to the general nature of the work, the Generalist will be expected to be involved with any, and all, aspects of the HR department.

Key Responsibilities And Accountabilities :

• Acts as Project Manager for a variety of HR related projects.
• Assists Manager in maintaining the HRIS database from the front end.
• Develops unused and underutilized modules.
• Acts as a liaison between management and workforce, facilitating communications.
• Provides training assistance to HRIS Users as needed.
• Handles recruiting / advertising.
• Handles a variety of HR Generalist duties as required.
• Performs additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by HR Manager.
