Job Title : Systems Technician

Location : Reno, Nevada area

Job Type : Full-Time | Shift-Based | 24 / 7 Operations Environment

Overview :

We’re looking for two detail-oriented Systems Technicians to support the infrastructure that powers our mission-critical data center operations. You’ll assist in maintaining optimal uptime, support routine maintenance, and help ensure environmental systems function flawlessly.

What You’ll Do :

Assist in monitoring and maintaining critical electrical and mechanical systems

Respond to system alerts and perform basic troubleshooting

Execute work orders and routine inspections

Support contractor and vendor activity to meet operational standards

Follow safety procedures and attend ongoing technical training

What You’ll Bring :

Foundational knowledge of power, cooling, and safety systems

Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays

Strong communication skills and basic computer proficiency

Commitment to safety and professionalism in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus

2+ years of experience in a relevant field (electrical, mechanical, or facilities support)

Safety certifications (e.g., OSHA 10, CPR) are preferred but not required

Physical Requirements :

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly; up to 100 lbs occasionally

Must be able to climb, crouch, and work near live equipment

Occasional travel may be required
