Your Impact as a Dietary Aide

In this role, you will :

Assist with Meal Service : Assemble trays and deliver meal carts to the appropriate nursing or dining areas.

Maintain Cleanliness : Dispose of refuse according to departmental policies and procedures.

Manage Supplies : Assemble and deliver floor supplies according to posted standards and ensure proper rotation of food and supplies (first in, first out).

Prepare Foods : Prepare all foods according to the menu and standardized recipes in a safe, efficient, and sanitary manner.

Serve Meals : Ensure proper preparation, portioning, and serving of foods as indicated on spreadsheets and recipes.

Sanitize Equipment : Wash, sanitize, and store all dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment properly.
