WHAT YOUR DAY ENTAILS AS OUR HEALTHCARE REVENUE RECOVERY SPECIALIST :

You manage the full recovery cycle for a portfolio of accounts, from initial contact to payment receipt, focusing on measurable results. You make regular, professional calls to medical providers, building trust and facilitating a seamless recovery process while educating and collaborating with them. Using your healthcare knowledge and analytical tools, you diplomatically address obstacles, adapting your communication style to provider needs. All interactions and progress are tracked with detailed records in the CRM.

YOUR SCHEDULE :

Enjoy a predictable schedule that supports a healthy work-life balance! You will collaborate in-person with your team in our Dallas, TX office, working consistent hours, Monday-Friday. Absolutely no weekends, evenings, or holidays required!
