We're Hiring : Project Manager | Rustic Fire Protection 🚨

Location : Norton, MA (Travel Required)

Rustic Fire Protection, established in 1983, is a family-owned and operated leader in fire sprinkler systems—from design and installation to inspections and fire alarms. We handle everything from small repairs to large-scale installations in residential, commercial, public, and industrial sectors. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Project Manager to join our team and help us deliver top-tier service across all job sizes.

What You’ll Do :

Oversee contract jobs from start to finish, including budgets and timelines
Manage project documents and handle change orders
Forecast labor and material needs across multiple projects
Attend job site meetings and coordinate with field and design teams
Work hands-on with field staff to ensure smooth execution

What We’re Looking For :

1–3+ years of construction project management experience (fire protection a plus)

Strong communication and organizational skills

Comfortable managing multiple active projects

Ability to lift 25 lbs, climb ladders, and wear PPE

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
