Production Supervisor - 3rd Shift

Location : Sussex, WI

Shift : 3rd Shift

Are you a hands-on leader with strong mechanical aptitude and a passion for developing people? Join our team as a Production Supervisor and take charge of driving performance, safety, and continuous improvement in our Converting production area.

What You'll Do

• Lead & Coach : Supervise a diverse team, providing guidance, feedback, and development opportunities to help them succeed.
• Plan & Execute : Organize daily work schedules, prioritize tasks, and ensure production goals are met.
• Drive Safety & Quality : Maintain a safe work environment through inspections, training, and proactive safety measures.
• Improve Processes : Champion continuous improvement projects to boost productivity, reduce scrap, and enhance product quality.
• Collaborate : Serve as the communication link between employees, management, and other departments to keep operations running smoothly.
