Description : Role Summary :
The Machine Operator II role consists of operating the diaper line, while trouble-shooting and identifying issues that arise within the process, as well as learning your role in correcting these issues in order to keep the line running efficiently.
Responsibilities :
- Operate and understand all components of the diaper line
- Identify and assess issues that arise within the mechanics and raw materials of the line
- Reconcile raw material issues quickly and / or identify what level of escalation is needed for reconciliation (i.e. maintenance, process, E&I)
- Learn phasing specifications for all raw materials and how to make adjustments
- Ensure all diaper measurements are within compliance
- Perform additional tasks as assigned
