The Opportunity

What You Will Do

• Conduct regular business reviews with clients to track progress, ensure satisfaction, and align on future goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including product development and client support, to advocate for client needs and resolve issues promptly.
• Track and report on account health, client engagement, and revenue metrics to meet or exceed retention and growth targets.
• Stay informed about new product features, industry trends, and changes in the legal tech landscape to better serve your clients.

Who You Are

Ideal Candidate Profile We are seeking an Account Manager with proven experience in account management or relationship management, preferably within the legal technology or professional services industry. Candidates with a successful history of managing and growing client accounts in parallel industries-such as SaaS, enterprise software, or B2B services-will also be strongly considered.
