This is an on-site position; we are not accepting any remote applications
This is a seasonal position from August to approximately November / December
Job Responsibilities :
Skills :
Excellent communication skills, with a strong command of grammar and spelling
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, high-volume chat center environment
Proficient knowledge of Google Suite and the ability to learn specialized software programs
Ability to work as a team member, provide input, and follow directions
Complete tasks while demonstrating thoroughness and attention to detail
Willingness to go the extra mile for our customers
Ability to maintain a sense of humor and grace in all situations
1+ years of customer service & 1+ years of call center experience preferred
