About this Role :

At Dorian Studio, our support agents are an essential part of ensuring our customers receive the exceptional service we pride ourselves on. In this role, you'll answer questions with care and help resolve concerns with patience and professionalism. It's more than just providing information; it's about making people feel heard and supported. You'll use your communication and problem-solving skills to meet a wide range of customer needs, all while creating a positive experiences that leave a lasting impression.

This is an on-site position; we are not accepting any remote applications

This is a seasonal position from August to approximately November / December

Job Responsibilities :

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via chat and email
  • Resolve issues by identifying problems, researching solutions, and taking appropriate action
  • Provide clear, accurate information on products, services, and policies
  • Document all interactions in the CRM
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and ensure follow-up
  • Assist with the placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges

Skills :

Excellent communication skills, with a strong command of grammar and spelling

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, high-volume chat center environment

Proficient knowledge of Google Suite and the ability to learn specialized software programs

Ability to work as a team member, provide input, and follow directions

Complete tasks while demonstrating thoroughness and attention to detail

Willingness to go the extra mile for our customers

Ability to maintain a sense of humor and grace in all situations

1+ years of customer service & 1+ years of call center experience preferred

Minimum Qualifications :

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Experience in a chat customer service role
  • Bonus Experience :

  • Salesforce case management experience
  • Bilingual Spanish / English
