Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Test integrated systems and perform troubleshooting for AMX / Crestron and DSP systems
- Write code for DSP systems
- Self-commission and train on DMPS boardroom rooms
- Identify system bugs to programmer / Senior Field Engineer
- Make recommendations to project Manager and Senior Field Engineer on design / scope issues
- Make minor programming changes under the direction of an engineer or programmer
- Fine tune audio video systems to ensure optimal performance
- Provide excellent customer service
- Willing and able to travel up to 25% of the time within the US.

$27.00 - $50.00 / hour

The Field Engineer will assist in the testing and commissioning of all aspects of the technical delivery of an audio-visual project. Field Engineers are the technical leader's onsite, providing assistance and mentorship to technicians and expertise for customers.
The Field Engineer will also be scheduled for break fix and troubleshooting response for customers and will help efficiently resolve customer issues in a timely and customer friendly manner.
