As a Registered Nurse in our Internal Flex Pool, you'll have the opportunity to work in various units, including ED Boarding, Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, and ICU, all within Aurora St Lukes Medical Center. Every shift provides unique challenges and the chance to expand your clinical skills.

Pay Range : $37.50 - $56.25

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative environment.
• Adapt to diverse unit workflows while maintaining a commitment to clinical excellence.
• Utilize nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individual patient care.

Qualifications We Are Looking For :

• Minimum of 18 months experience in Med / Surg or Telemetry nursing (2 years preferred).
• Flexibility to meet scheduling requirements, including 2 Mondays, 2 Fridays, 1 Weekend, and 2 Holidays (1 summer & 1 winter) per 6-week schedule.

Training Opportunities :

• Training in ACLS, NIHSS, IV Ultrasound, and Charge Nurse cross-training.
