Embacy offers a wide range of services including but not limited to detailed cleaning, common area cleaning, painting, sheetrock, stucco, landscaping, trash removal, plumbing, electrical, snow removal as well as full renovations, etc.

Common Area Cleaning (CAC) consists of services apartment complexes, hallways, staff cleans baseboards, wipes down windows, vacuuming / sweeping / mopping floors. They are also responsible for policing property sidewalks for trash and debris. Our cleaning staff provides multiple unit turns each month, including but not limited to deep cleaning bathrooms, kitchen bedrooms, basements, and house appliances. We provide deep cleaning for commercial properties such as salons, real estate offices, event space and restaurants.

Maintenance staff keep properties running smoothly by completing work orders daily. Staff paint walls, fix sheetrock, plumbing issues and sinks as well as electrical. Staff will work with heating systems by installing ventilation filters for odor issues that might arise from time to time. We currently service over 1000 properties in the tri-state area, so it's unlikely staff would have two of the same days. Responsible for ensuring that all grounds, buildings, and equipment are properly maintained in the most timely and cost-efficient manner.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Perform facility cleaning & maintenance to include : residential and commercial cleaning, light repairs around electrical, plumbing, painting, and sheetrock
• Maintain accurate records of preventative maintenance, repairs, and modifications on equipment
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair equipment
• Responsible for maintaining an inventory of service and repair parts
• Organize to support multiple projects and prioritize to meet required deadlines
• Maintain a clean work area while on work sites. Provide property maintenance support as required
• Must be capable and willing to work flexible hours and overtime when required
• Must possess a valid driver's license
