Key Responsibilities of the Payroll Analyst :

Serve as the primary contact for payroll questions regarding paychecks, deductions, and policies.

Manage high-volume incoming calls through the payroll hotline with professionalism and service-minded support.

Prepare, audit, and process payroll cycles accurately and efficiently.

Partner with fellow Payroll Analysts to maintain smooth, consistent payroll operations.

Work closely with HR, Accounting, and other departments to resolve discrepancies and ensure compliance.

Qualifications of the Payroll Analyst :

3+ years of payroll experience in a high-volume environment.

Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical abilities.

Experience with PeopleSoft or ADP preferred.

Ability to stay organized and composed during tight deadlines and busy periods.

Union payroll experience is helpful but not required - training can be provided.
