We are seeking an experienced (3 years +) outreach and project manager who will manage the projects, but also do the actual implementation of the day-to-day work on some projects.

Work will include managing the budget, creating KPIs, spreadsheets, and dashboards with efficiency. You're someone who enjoys creating organization and delivering outcomes. You are also a good writer in business communications. You will handle multiple deadlines, and not only will you have to steer the boat, you will have to row the boat and sometimes even throw the water out of the boat. (If you are asking right now, what boat? This may be a difficult role for you to fill.)

This role requires someone with high accountability, high communication, and business skills.

Compensation : $35 - $65 hourly

Responsibilities :

• Outreach and communications experience.
• Able to create presentations, dashboards, and reports that are professional and error-free.
• Manage budgets and teams.
• Create KPIs and dashboards.
• Implement the day-to-day strategy that was provided by the executive.
• Suggest efficient and effective solutions.
• Organize, organize, and organize.
• Implement the community outreach plans.
• Manage the teams and budgets.
• Ensure all documents are professionally and timely delivered.
