Base pay range
$100.00 / hr - $100.00 / hr
- On-site positions available in Bethesda, MD; Boston, MA; Chicago, IL; Fort Lauderdale, FL; Seattle, WA; or CA : East Bay (San Francisco), Palo Alto, Santa Monica, or Los Angeles
- Weekly salary of $200,000. Health benefits begin day one, plus HSA / FSA and 401(k) Roth options

What You Will Be Doing
Developing and training Guides to deliver Alpha's workshops with exceptional qualityBuilding Guide Playbooks that outline facilitation best practices, design of engaging learning experiences, and challenge resolutionDelivering consistent, practical feedback to Guides that drives student participation and successCoaching a small student cohort directly, demonstrating advanced motivation and mentoring techniquesWhat You Won’t Be Doing
Creating lesson plans – your Guides support student learning via adaptive apps; you concentrate on training them as outstanding motivatorsCompromising expectations – when the passing standard is 100%, you’re responsible for upholding that benchmarkRunning dull training sessions – you’ll develop Guides through dynamic, energetic, experiential learningPrincipal Learning Consultant Key Responsibilities

Basic Requirements
Currently located in or prepared to relocate for on-site work at an Alpha Campus (Bethesda, MD; Boston, MA; Chicago, IL; Fort Lauderdale, FL; Seattle, WA; or CA : East Bay (San Francisco), Palo Alto, Santa Monica, or Los Angeles)Hold a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.Minimum 5 years of professional experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or related areas.Proven track record developing and executing innovative educational programs, curricula, or training solutions.Excellent leadership and mentorship capabilities with experience building, managing, and inspiring high-performing teams.Background working with young people (ages 5-18) in educational or developmental settings.Strong data analysis skills and ability to leverage metrics for decision-making and ongoing improvement.Legal authorization to work in the United StatesAbout Alpha
