Principal Learning Consultant, Alpha - $200,000 / year USD

Alpha is transforming the classroom experience. Our students don't passively absorb information—they race through adaptive applications, achieve mastery in half the time, and develop practical life competencies in the process. Your role is to ensure those "3 Promises" resonate with every learner in your cohort and to develop our Guides so they can deliver the same impact.

Base pay range

$100.00 / hr - $100.00 / hr

• On-site positions available in Bethesda, MD; Boston, MA; Chicago, IL; Fort Lauderdale, FL; Seattle, WA; or CA : East Bay (San Francisco), Palo Alto, Santa Monica, or Los Angeles
• Weekly salary of $200,000. Health benefits begin day one, plus HSA / FSA and 401(k) Roth options
• Relocation assistance provided
