Now Hiring :   20-30 Journeyman Electricians

Location :  Cedar Rapids, Iowa

Project Duration :  1-Year Data Center Project

Pay :  $30–$42 / hr + $120 / Day Per Diem

Start Date :  Week of August 4th

About the Role :

We're looking for  licensed Journeyman  and experienced  Apprentice Electricians  for a long-term data center project. You’ll work with a skilled crew focused on  underground and above-ground conduit ,  wire pulling , and  cable tray installation . Terminations will be handled by in-house journeymen, but your skills in clean conduit runs and efficient wire pulling are essential.

What You’ll Do :

Install conduit (underground / above-ground) with precision

Pull and run wire (50–120 ft typical runs)

Work safely in / out of trenches

Follow safety protocols and meet project deadlines

Read and work from blueprints / schematics

Requirements :

Journeyman License (Texas or transferable to Iowa)  OR

6+ years of experience with Apprentice License

Commercial or industrial electrical experience

Comfortable working in trenches

Able to pass background and drug screening

Pay & Per Diem :

Licensed Journeyman : $42–$45 / hr

Experienced Apprentice (6+ yrs) : $30–$35 / hr

Per Diem : $120 / day (on all 7 days if full week is worked)
