job_description.job_card.job_descriptionAt least 2-3 years of experience in implementing ServiceNow FSM projects Implemented atleast one complex FSM projects Experience working in an Agile development environment is strongly preferred Solid understanding with creating Business Rules, ACL’s, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Macros, UI Scripts, Catalog Forms, etc. Automate activities on the ServiceNow platform using Flow Designer and / or Workflow Engine Use JavaScript to develop solutions for requirements that can not be satisfied through configuration Understanding of the key technologies relevant to the ServiceNow integration solutions including : SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST, SOAP etc Experience with scripting in ServiceNow, with both standard scripting tools and ServiceNow accelerators o Experience with working or developing with JavaScript-HTML5, Jelly, jQuery and AngularJS a plus
Technical / Functional Skills
As a Platform Developer, you design, configure, script, and be responsible for the technical solution on the ServiceNow FSM in order to ensure a successful deployment. You will work closely with the Platform Architect to refine ServiceNow platform requirements (Stories), and complete the development of the agreed upon solution
Certification :
- Certified Implementation Specialist – FSM certification
- Certifications – ServiceNow CSA, Service Now CAD
