Position : Client Care Coordinator / Virtual Assistant

Job Overview :

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as a Client Care Coordinator / Virtual this role you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and assisting with various administrative tasks. This is a full-time remote position that offers a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients providing prompt and professional communication via email phone and video conferencing
• Manage client accounts and maintain accurate records of all interactions and transactions
• Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings for clients and team members
• Prepare and distribute client reports and other relevant documents
• Conduct research and gather information as needed to support client needs
• Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely manner
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and positive client experience
• Assist with general administrative tasks such as data entry filing and organizing documents
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance the client experience

Pay Rate : $35-55 per hour depending on experience

Training Pay : $30 per hour (1-week paid training)

Training Bonus : $700 incentive upon completion

Work Schedule : Flexible Full-time (3040 hrs / week) or Part-time (20 hrs / week)

Work Type : 100% Remote (U.S.-based only)
