But INDN isn’t just a new concept, it’s the next step in a family legacy and a journey rooted in hospitality. Husband-and-wife team Simran & Kanika first made their mark with Spice Bazaar in New Jersey, a neighborhood gem known for its inventive approach to Indian cuisine. While that venture flourished, they felt the need to push boundaries even further.
