Contract Bookkeeper Opportunity

Are you a detail-oriented financial professional seeking a flexible contract position? Our company is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join our team on a contract basis. This role is pivotal in ensuring the accuracy of our day-to-day financial operations and supporting broader business goals.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage all aspects of the general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
• Oversee bank reconciliations and monthly / quarterly financial reporting
• Process payroll and manage payroll tax filings
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements
• Assist with budgeting, cash flow management, and audit preparation
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards
• Collaborate cross-functionally to address accounting questions and resolve discrepancies
