Genghis Cohen has officially moved! As we reopen our doors at our brand-new location, we’re looking for experienced and energetic Servers to join our team.

About the Role :

Servers at Genghis Cohen deliver more than just food and drinks—they deliver hospitality. We’re looking for individuals who can balance efficiency with personality, handle a fast-paced floor, and bring a sense of warmth to every table.

Requirements :

Previous serving experience in a high-volume restaurant

Strong knowledge of food, cocktails, wine, and beer

Ability to handle multiple tables while staying composed and attentive

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Must be punctual, reliable, and professional in demeanor

Christmas Eve and Christmas Day availability is required (our busiest days of the year)

Availability for nights and weekends

Responsibilities :

Provide warm, attentive, and efficient service to all guests

Guide guests through the menu with confidence and knowledge

Take accurate food and drink orders and deliver them promptly

Collaborate with bartenders, hosts, and kitchen staff to maintain smooth service

Maintain a clean and organized section throughout service

Handle guest concerns or issues with professionalism and care

Process payments accurately and efficiently
