A company is looking for an Associate Technical Solutions Engineer II.
Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and resolve issues with digital life insurance products, serving as the first line of support
Collaborate with internal and external teams to provide bug fixes and solutions
Monitor services to ensure product usability for partners and their customers
Required Qualifications
Experience with full-stack professional software development (preferably Python, Go, or TypeScript)
6+ months of professional experience debugging and querying data sets using SQL
Experience with logging tools like New Relic or similar systems
Familiarity with ticketing systems such as Jira, Salesforce, or Zendesk
Experience in insurance or working on APIs and / or event-driven systems is a plus
