The Loan Operations Processor supports all lines of business by booking and servicing new and existing loans (HELOC / BLOC) and credit cards. The ideal candidate is very detail oriented and views their work as their self-portrait. The Loan Ops Processor possesses impeccable customer service skills, excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to maintain poise under pressure. The Loan Ops Processor brings direct experience in the area of loan servicing and is willing to support teammates so that the entire group succeeds.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

Areas of responsibility include :
Responsible for performing various types of maintenance on accounts.Review set up requests and book credit card accounts.Completing daily reports.Maintain compliance with policy and procedures.Responsible for all other duties as assigned.Knowledge :
Understanding of various consumer or commercial loan documents, procedures, policies, and regulations. Knowledge of consumer or commercial loans required – an understanding of both is preferred. Familiarity with loan and servicing systems such as FDR, ARX, BPM and SharePoint.Abilities :
