Responsibilities Support event logistics for development events

Assist with vendor coordination

Help manage guest communications and data tracking

Contribute to a seamless, welcoming experience for all attendees

Collaborate with the Special Events Manager, advancement staff, and external partners to deliver high-quality events that support fundraising and engagement goals

Qualifications Detail-oriented, highly organized, and personable, with experience in event planning

Experience with fundraising events is a plus

An appreciation for music is a plus
