Position Overview
We’re seeking an individual who will play a pivotal role in conceptualizing, organizing and executing events. These events aim to raise ,foster community engagement and generate funds.
Key Responsibilities
- Event Conceptualization : collaborate with the team to develop event themes and objectives.
- Coordinate logistics : Assist to manage logistic aspects related to venue, permits, supplies, schedules, and volunteers.
- Collaborate with FYAR’s program team
- Marketing and Promotion : Work with the outreach team to create promotional materials and implement marketing strategies.
- Liaise with vendors, performers, and community partners to secure necessary services and support.
- Budget Management : Assist with fundraising events and donor appreciation activities to ensure cost effectiveness and financial accountability.
- Post Evaluation : Maintain a post-event debrief process with lessons learned and attendance stats
