Insurance Operations Associate
Remote | Full-Time | Temp-to-Perm Opportunity
20 / hour | Monday-Friday, 12 : 00 PM-8 : 30 PM EST

Join our client's team as an Insurance Operations Associate, where you'll play a key role in supporting lenders by managing financial transactions, resolving loan-level inquiries, and maintaining accurate policy records.
What You'll Do
- Reconcile returned / refund checks and process deposits (check & virtual payments)
- Research and resolve loan-level inquiries and misdirected checks
- Update policy information and documentation using internal systems
- Contact carriers / agencies to gather missing data and close information gaps
- Maintain data integrity to meet auditing standards
- Process high-volume loan-related task queues with speed and accuracy
- Track personal performance goals and contribute to team success
- Participate in cross-training and skill development to expand your impact
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative work culture
What You Bring
Minimum Requirements :
High school diploma or GED (or equivalent experience)1-2 years in a call center or customer service roleBasic computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)Preferred Skills :
Insurance or banking experience is a plusStrong written and verbal communicationHigh attention to detail and ability to follow established proceduresComfortable multitasking across online applicationsAbility to work independently and manage confidential informationMotivated, adaptable, and eager to learnTech & Equipment Requirements
Must have a PC or Mac (no iPads or Chromebooks)Minimum 8 GB RAM; Mac must have M1 processor or betterHardwired internet connection with minimum 100 Mbps upload speedOwn peripherals (mouse, keyboard); headset providedDual monitors strongly encouragedQuiet, distraction-free workspaceTraining & Schedule
Mandatory 2-day training (general + technical) : 9 : 00 AM-5 : 30 PM CST, Note : Training hours differ from regular schedule and cannot be rescheduled.
