Hyve Solutions is looking for a detail-oriented, hands-on, results-driven individual with proven communication skills and a strong work ethic to work in a challenging, fast-paced, energetic environment to ensure that customers' build requirements are understood and disseminated; roll up feedback and respond appropriately to these requests. Manage and execute predefined processes.

Responsibilities

• Work understanding of Accounting Principles and Expense & Freight process.
• Validate vendor documents for new vendor set-up and submit request form for manager approval.
• Maintain vendor profile, bank information, submit request for changes.
• Process vendor invoices and CMs on time; resolve discrepancies with related parties (vendor / internal departments).
• Provide proper GL coding based on approved PO, service type, department code, etc....
• Check vendor statements for aged items. Audit vouched invoices processed by BPO team.
• Submit payment forecast and monitor vendor payments.
• Process EBE and upload report for bi-weekly payroll process.
• Prepare quarterly vendor reconciliation for audit review.
• Perform complex and high-volume financial operation duties, managing accounts with minimal supervision.
• Communicates with direct supervisor proactively to un-covers and reports potential gain or losses.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Requires a minimum of 3-5 years of related experience.

Salary : $67,500K+$87,000K+DOE
