Equipment Solutions Manager-Structured Cabling

Mortenson is hiring an Equipment Solutions Manager-Structured Cabling to support our growing Structured Cabling Group. This role partners with other Equipment Solutions Managers to provide leadership and project assistance. Location : Minneapolis, MN

Responsibilities :

• Managing and organizing owned equipment, storage, and tooling related to the Structured Cabling and DAS industry
• Equipment planning and scheduling with internal project teams, equipment solutions teams, and 3rd-party vendors
• Large inventory management
• Financial forecasting and budgeting
• Rental software contract management
• Equipment logistics planning
• Vendor relations
• Understanding of construction equipment maintenance, opportunities, constraints, and requirements
• Establish improved efficiencies and process improvement plans for warehouse and equipment yard using 5S strategies
• Lead department initiatives to include development, training, and support
• Manage a team of craft and non-craft team members
• Support innovation by encouraging new process development
• Interior and exterior responsibilities required
• Travel expectation 50%

The base pay range for this role is $106,600 - $159,900. (Actual range is higher for the following office locations : Denver, CO and Chicago, IL - 5%, Seattle, WA, and Portland, OR - 10%, Washington, D.C. - 12.5%). Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills, and experience, with consideration given to internal equity. This position is eligible for Mortenson's incentive plan. Please make note : Visa sponsorship is not offered for this position.
