Estimator

Our Estimators play a crucial role in laying the groundwork for customer satisfaction across all company sectors. Their primary duty involves creating precise cost estimates for precast concrete utility materials. In creating these estimates, our teammates consider project scope, local regulations, client specifications, and structural characteristics. Accuracy is paramount for our Estimators at Copeland, ensuring the creation of reliable estimates that inspire trust among both our teammates and clients.

Compensation : $25 hourly

Responsibilities :

• Read Civil and / or Plumbing plans.
• Perform takeoffs of precast utility products / structures on plan sets.
• Use Titan 3000 Precast Management System to enter project and structure information and generate quotes.
• Communicate with customers about design needs, project scope, and job progression.
• Be a point of contact for customers with design / cost questions throughout the quoting process.
• Revise quotes as needed per new information, customer preferences, etc.
• Be a backup for incoming phone calls, taking messages, and helping customers as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
