As a Bartender, you play a crucial role in creating an exceptional dining experience for our guests. Your primary responsibilities include :

  • Guest Engagement : Provide friendly and efficient service, ensuring guests feel welcomed, comfortable, and valued.
  • Sales and Service : Utilize your knowledge of food and beverages to effectively sell and serve a variety of offerings.
  • Attentiveness : Stay alert to guests' needs, ensuring prompt service and a relaxing atmosphere.
  • Expertise : Maintain excellent knowledge of food and alcoholic beverage selections, enhancing the dining experience through informed recommendations.
  • Professionalism : Exhibit a pleasant demeanor and conscientious approach, embodying the highest standards of hospitality.

This role requires a combination of service skills, hospitality expertise, and a commitment to making every guest feel important.

    • EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Minimum two (2) years serving / bartending experience; high-end casual or fine dining preferred
  • Food, wine, & whiskey knowledge preferred
  • Must be able to read, write, & speak English
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time & lift a minimum of 50 pounds
  • Maintain a current Food Handler's Certification & TABC Certification
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
