Job Description

Job Title :  Program Director for the Radiologic Technology

Location : Columbia, SC

Job Type : Full time

The Program Director is responsible for leading and managing the Radiologic Technology academic program. This includes curriculum development, faculty coordination, and ensuring high-quality education delivery.

Qualifications :

  • Master’s degree
  • Minimum 4 years of field experience
  • At least 2 years of teaching experience at a JRCERT-accredited institution
  • ARRT certification required

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and maintain program curriculum and materials
  • Oversee course delivery and ensure consistency across campuses
  • Teach assigned courses and engage students in learning
  • Monitor student progress, attendance, and provide academic support
  • Coordinate externship programs and advisory board meetings
  • Maintain licensure and participate in faculty meetings and training

    • Skills & Experience :

  • Strong background in academic administration and curriculum planning
  • Effective communication and leadership skills
  • Experience in career college or professional education settings preferred

    • Work Environment :

    Onsite position in a professional academic setting. Reasonable accommodations available.
