Key Tasks and Duties :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Independent Living (IL), Assisted Living (AL), low-income senior housing, and PACE programs
- Develop partnerships with local community organizations and senior-focused networks
- Represent BG Healthcare Services at community events, expos, health fairs, and network meetings
- Identify and nurture referral sources to consistently generate new client leads
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional client experience from first contact onward
