Responsibilities
As a Managing Agent you will :
Prospect, sell, and service insurance products (Auto, Home, Life, Business, and more).Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to grow your business.Build and maintain strong client relationships by acting as a trusted advisor.Recruit, train, and lead agency staff as your business expands.Represent Farmers Insurance in your community through networking and involvement.Ensure compliance with Farmers standards and state insurance regulations.Take the Next Step

Requirements
Stable, successful work history (sales, business development, or leadership experience preferred).Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive for success.Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.Must have or be willing to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses (resources provided).Capital requirement : $100,000 in liquid assets (waived for qualified Agent in Training graduates).Ability to pass a background, credit, and motor vehicle check.
