The Apparel Lead will be responsible for overseeing the apparel department, ensuring the highest level of customer service, and driving sales. This role involves managing inventory, merchandising, and executing seasonal strategies to meet the financial goals. The Apparel Lead does not have direct supervisory responsibilities but plays a critical role in supporting business performance and enhancing the member experience.

At BJ's Wholesale Club, we carefully consider a wide range of non-discriminatory factors when determining salary. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, education, experience, and qualifications. The pay range for this position is starting from $17.50.
