Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Processing Manager to oversee the daily operations of our case processing team. This individual will play a critical role in managing workflows, ensuring compliance with IRS and state regulations, and maintaining the highest level of accuracy and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise and lead the processing team handling tax relief client files.
• Review, organize, and submit financial documents to IRS / state agencies.
• Ensure cases are accurately prepared, documented, and submitted on schedule.
• Train and mentor processing staff on compliance, procedures, and best practices.
• Monitor productivity and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
• Serve as the main point of escalation for case-related issues and client concerns.
• Collaborate with sales, case managers, and client relations to streamline workflows.
• Stay up to date on tax resolution programs, IRS guidelines, and industry regulations.
