We are seeking a Design Engineering Manager to lead and grow a high-performing engineering team, drive product development initiatives, and deliver innovative solutions that meet the mission-critical needs of our customers. Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and oversight for the design engineering team across mechanical, electrical, and systems disciplines.
• Direct and review product design efforts from concept through production, ensuring quality, compliance, and customer requirements are met.
• Develop and implement engineering processes, standards, and best practices that improve efficiency, consistency, and scalability.
• Understand and direct structural analysis activities, including the application of Finite Element Analysis (FEA), to validate designs and ensure structural integrity.
• Oversee the integration of electromechanical and robotic systems into product designs, ensuring seamless interaction between mechanical, electrical and control subsystems.
• Collaborate closely with program management, operations, and manufacturing teams to align engineering priorities with program schedules and budgets.
• Lead design reviews, risk assessments, and technical problem-solving for complex engineering challenges.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop engineering talent, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Manage resource allocation, project timelines, and performance metrics to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of engineering outputs.
• Serve as a key technical point of contact for internal stakeholders, external partners, and customers.
