Job Opportunity

Support our Commercial Banking Digital Platform in an agile environment using scrum practices. Collaborate with a cross-functional team to optimize application capabilities and business processes. Provide business analysis and project / product support for the development, enhancement, quality assessment, and ongoing support of the relevant lines of business. Influence the scope of work for new application features and enhancements consistent with strategic priorities. Participate in the design process to ensure it supports business requirements and an optimized user experience. Independently lead requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders and provide thought leadership. Capture requirements for highly complex systems and understand the SDLC and its impact on deliverables. Translate business requirements into user stories, use cases, and technical requirements, conveying the appropriate level of detail to the development team. Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and develop optimization strategies. Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and develop and implement solutions. Broaden expertise of the business and work with technical and business teams to support business objectives. Support and / or participate in user acceptance testing to ensure quality in application releases and user experience. Understand security, risk management, and IT process principles and escalate to appropriate teams as needed.

Essential Qualifications, Skills, and Technologies

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis
• Proven experience in eliciting requirements (business and technical) and testing for moderately to highly complex systems
• Proven experience in generating requirements, use cases, acceptance criteria, etc.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing skills
• Strong team player
• Ability to work independently
