Quality Assurance Manager
Develop and cultivate a culture of quality across all manufacturing and engineering processes.
Lead and coordinate the ISO certification process from initiation through to successful certification.
Design, implement, and maintain quality management systems in compliance with industry standards.
Utilize statistical methods and Six Sigma principles to analyze quality control tests and metrics.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, production, and supply chain, to promote quality initiatives and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Conduct regular audits and inspections of processes and equipment to ensure adherence to quality standards.
Develop training programs for staff on quality practices and procedures, ensuring a high level of competence within the engineering and production teams.
Respond to customer feedback and non-conformance reports, driving continuous improvement in quality metrics and reducing defect rates.
Manage the quality control budget and resources effectively to support organizational objectives.
Provide leadership and support during product inspections and quality approvals, ensuring timely resolution of quality issues.
Stay updated on industry standards and regulations to ensure strict compliance.
Be the key stakeholder in TeamCenter integration including Solidworks Vault activities and Drawing revision control.
Participate and lead in other functions as assigned by manager / site lead.

Additional Skills & Qualifications :
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in quality engineering or quality assurance.
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification, or equivalent experience.
Demonstrated experience in leading organizations through ISO certification and maintaining compliance with quality standards.
Experience Level : Expert Level
Pay and Benefits : The pay range for this position is $68.00 - $68.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
