Job Description

Primary responsibility is performing massage services as outlined in our spa offerings

Work is to be practiced within the scope of your practice while upholding the professional code of ethics.

This is a commissioned, nonexempt position

Supervised directly by the Spa Supervisor.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Providing guests with a thorough, knowledgeable and professional treatment according to Spa protocol.
• Comprehend and abide by the Great American Dining Company and The Spa policies.
• Maintains scheduled work hours.
• Demonstrate respect, sensitivity, concern and professionalism when addressing guest needs.
• Practices universal health care protocol while interacting with guests and coworkers.
• Set up and break down of assigned treatment room; maintaining a neat and well-stocked room.
• Completion and submission of necessary paperwork, regularly checks mailbox, reads posted notices on bulletin board.
• Attend monthly staff meetings, departmental meetings and workshops as directed.
• Exercise dependability and willingness to work with schedule flexibility.
• Build and maintain repeat clientele.
• Refers guest problems or complaints to supervisor when unable to resolve alone.
• Up selling treatments
• Selling retail
