Job Overview

360 Services of VA is looking for a motivated and experienced Infrastructure / Transportation Concrete Foreman to manage field crews on VDOT and city infrastructure projects. This position requires hands-on experience with concrete finishing, equipment operation, and project coordination, particularly with ADA handicap ramps, curb and gutter, and sidewalks. Key Responsibilities-

Lead and manage a field crew on VDOT, Municipal, and residential concrete projects-

Operate necessary construction equipment and ensure safe usage-

Oversee placement and finishing of concrete on sidewalks, curb and gutter, and handicap ramps-

Coordinate with project inspectors, customers, and city officials-

Maintain project schedules and ensure job site compliance with all specifications and safety regulations-

Ensure quality control and troubleshoot field issues in real time-

Promote a collaborative, respectful team environment

Qualifications-

5+ years of concrete field experience-

Hands-on experience finishing concrete and running construction equipment-

Experience managing field crews and maintaining project schedules-

Ability to communicate professionally with inspectors, clients, and team members-

Familiarity with VDOT specifications and city requirements for concrete infrastructure-

Strong problem-solving skills and a team-oriented attitude-

No formal education or certifications required - skills, experience, and attitude matter most
