Financial Analyst

Location : Grand Rapids, MI

Compensation : $65,000 - $80,000 annually (based on experience)

Schedule : Full-time, Monday-Friday

About the Role :

Our client, a well-established manufacturing organization in the Grand Rapids area, is seeking a Financial Analyst to join their team. This role will support financial planning, reporting, and analysis functions to help drive informed business decisions. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

Analyze business performance, cost trends, and variances

Partner with operations, supply chain, and leadership teams to provide insights

Support audits and compliance reporting

Contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

2+ years of financial analysis or related experience (manufacturing industry a plus)

Strong Excel and financial modeling skills

Ability to present data clearly and concisely to leadership

ERP experience preferred
