Student Custodial Services Assistant

General Description :

The Newman University is looking for a student worker to assist the custodial services team. This position generally works in the evenings.

Duties and Responsibilities :

Floor Maintenance 40% (Daily)

• Vacuuming room carpets and dorm room floors
• Sweeping hallways gym floors bleacher stands etc.

Custodial Cleaning and Trash Removal 50% (Daily)

Clean all restrooms lobbies public areas student rooms etc. according to established daily practices :

Miscellaneous Assignments 10% (As needed)

Number of hours per week : 15-20

Hours : Monday thru Friday 8pm 12am (approx.) some weekends

Number of positions available : 1-2

Rate of Pay : $8.25 per hour
