Responsibilities

Administrative Support : Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the insurance agents, ensuring smooth office operations.

Client Interaction : Assist with scheduling appointments, handling client inquiries, and maintaining positive client relations.

Document Management : Organize, file, and maintain client documents and records accurately.

Data Input : Accurately enter and update client information and insurance policies in the system.

Communication : Act as a liaison between clients and agents, ensuring clear and effective communication.

Office Management : Ensure the office environment is welcoming, organized, and conducive to professional meetings.

Requirement

Education : A high school diploma or equivalent is required. An associate degree or higher is preferred.

Experience : Previous experience in administrative or secretarial roles, preferably in a financial or insurance setting.

Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Organizational Skills : Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.

Team Collaboration : Ability to work effectively within a team and take direction from different team members.

Tech Proficiency : Familiarity with office productivity software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
