Pharmaceutical Specialist

About the Role :

We're seeking a skilled Senior Analyst – Government Pricing & Medicaid to support all aspects of government price calculations, data analysis, and compliance reporting. This individual will ensure accuracy in submissions to federal and state programs, manage Medicaid invoices, and maintain alignment with all regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform end-to-end calculations for AMP, BP, URA, Non-FAMP, FSS, FCP, IFF, ASP, and PHS pricing.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting to government agencies.
• Process and reconcile quarterly Medicaid invoices in Vistex.
• Analyze data discrepancies and resolve pricing or classification issues.
• Support audits, documentation, and compliance initiatives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to validate data and improve processes.
