About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President and General Counsel to take the lead on all legal and regulatory matters within its gaming operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with a complex web of federal, state, and tribal gaming laws, as well as employment law, vendor contracts, tort claims, and liquor licensing. This role also involves providing legal advice and guidance to senior leadership on a range of issues, including policy, risk, and strategic business decisions. The VP and General Counsel will be the primary legal representative in litigation, joint venture disputes, and regulatory proceedings, and will oversee the drafting and management of various legal documents.
