Transdev in Lancaster, California is hiring a Customer Service Representative to act as a liaison for our customers, providers, and client. We are seeking friendly, customer service-oriented people who are dedicated to safety. Transdev is proud to offer :

CBA Position : Position Subject to Collective Bargaining Agreement : + $18.04-21.00 (Union Collective Bargaining Agreement Payscale) + Starting pay $18.04 with progression to $21.00 over 4 years. Benefits include : + Vacation : 70 hours to 120 hours days per year + Paid Sick Leave : All non-probationary drivers who work thirty (30) or more days per year shall receive forty-eight (48) hours of sick leave on January 1 of each calendar year. + Medical, dental & vision after 90 calendar days of employment for full-time employees, life insurance, 401k retirement benefits, and company holidays. Key Responsibilities : + Respond to customer inquiries and concerns with timely responses and accurate information or redirecting to a supervisor. + Comprehensive understanding of policies and procedures + Meet or exceed established performance requirements. + Document trip authorizations and details including transportation type, pickup times, appointment times and addresses. + Other duties as required.

Qualifications : + Computer literate + Excellent customer service skills. + Ability to operate standard telephone system. + Subject to a DOT drug testing and physical if applicable. DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including cannabis, for any reason. Physical Requirements : + Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed. + The employee is generally subjected to long periods spent sitting, typing, or looking at a computer screen. + Work environment will be a combination of both indoors and outdoors.
